Rain. Rain. . more rains.
Well if one were to use a few words to describe Sep 2021 for Delhi and nearby areas then the above would suffice.
Records have been broken.
Of full season rains of past 30 - 40 or more years. Plus of September rains since 1946 or 1964.
And of course, even with all the claims of authorities, we had terrible Waterlogging, flooding and even parts of roads washing away in many parts of Delhi.
In a city with so many people, maintaining infrastructure is not easy. Corruption and inefficiency make the things worse.
Yet the weather is super pleasant, even better than many of the Spring days in February/March.
Apart from this, Ford Morors' announced exit from Indian market and ceasing all operations except for after sales support and repair/maintenance is making a lot of news. How things change over the years....

Even today it has got cloudy after a sunny early morning.
So we might even have more rains.

Not good for folks who have to travel through waterlogged areas. Yet it could be overall good for the water table levels as crowded cities use up a lot of groundwater.

Yes for sure. If measures are not there, more than normal rain can disrupt a lot.

So do your areas face waterlogging? Or not much?

They had been facing operational losses for years.
Plus they just had 1.8% share in the last financial year.
So they had to take a tough decision.

There could have been pricing and quality issues with that order.
