Delayed Delivery

Have you ever experienced delayed delivery on online vegetables and groceries orders in your city? I had this bitter experience recently. I had ordered ordered some vegetables and groceries on the 12th of Sept. 21 but till today,the 17th, they have not delivered it and they are going on extending the date. After complaining thrice through emails they have started processing it. Earlier they use to deliver it the same day itself. I really don't understand what's wrong with jiomart in my city.

I have to order when it rains as the local vegetable vendors do not turn up at the market on such days.

I ordered it on jiomart. They usually deliver it the same day but this time I do not know what happened.

So far. I don`t have problems with online delivery. I just sometimes can`t get a schedule available for them to deliver. That`s why I sometimes really buy it at the supermarket

You might be going out for your work, but my son has to work from home so we have to order online excepting on holidays. I usually don't go out because of the pandemic.

@aninditasen In these days it is very common to ordering online for groceries. But it better to buy vegetable offline.

They have delivered. I order when it rains or else my son goes to the market for vegetables but groceries I get from jiomart.

They delivered what I ordered later but kept on delaying the vegetables.

Yes, the delivery time has improved but the delivery boys keep forgetting items or the bill. Earlier they were very prompt and sincere in every matter.

Delays happen here all the time
Reason being a shortage of delivery drivers
