Sandwhich fillings / myLot

Hey all I was eating a sandwhich the other day and it got me thinking what should and shouldnt be on a sandwhich? Im not talking a hamburger or a hoggie bun but a 2 slices of bread with a filling in between. Would love to hear some ideas from my mylot friends SO..... Let me know what filling that you think should be on a sandwhich and then i might try one or two and if i like it i might just tell you all whos sandwhich i tried. Please nothing with cocoanut as i am deathly elergic.

Well, I am just going to go out a limb and say for sure coconut does not belong on a sandwich. lol. But I am pretty keen on quite a few other things. I have few limits. lol

My go-tos are usually ham and cheese or roast beef and cheese. Sometimes I'll stick some lettuce and sliced tomato on it if I happen to have them on hand. If I'm really ambitious I'll make a simple chicken salad with cooked chicken and mayonnaise, or fry an egg and melt cheese over it and have that on toasted bread. Every once in a while we end up making BLTs--bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches.
