Aside from Joyce Meyer I have also heard of Joel Osteen a televangelist a long time ago. I don't really pay attention to him or care to listen to his sermons or messages. Until yesterday I was searching on YouTube about the power of faith and his sermons came up. I actually enjoyed listening to him. He is like a motivational or inspirational speaker.
Have you ever listened to his teachings?
I like his energy and he looks like a happy person. I think I will follow his teachings from now on as I feel encourage and positive on what he is teaching.

He is known as the "Smiling Preacher" in our country, because all his messages are positive and happy. And although he has great messages of faith, he is considered controversial in this country because he has used religion to make himself very wealthy.

Thanks for sharing this information. I heard before that he is a false teacher that's why I ignore his videos. I feel sad knowing this because his messages encourages me to have strong faith.

@averygirl72 Anybody who uses faith/religion to make themselves rich is not sincere. His sermons are wonderful, but be careful of the wolf in sheep's clothing.

People like him because he makes them feel good about themselves. I listen to preachers who teach the whole Bible which can convict us of our sins, but reassures us that God will forgive.

I think he is a decent preacher.
There are so many today that I love.
