What is going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm trying a new recipe for "Untraditional Bolognese" from the Poor Girl Gourmet cookbook. I think that tomato paste is traditional but not crushed tomatoes which she calls for. Strangely the cookbook calls for a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes but this blog post of hers calls for a 14.5 ounce can. I'm going with 28 ounces because that way I won't have to deal with leftover tomatoes to deal with. I'm going to serve the sauce over fusilli (corkscrew) pasta. I don't even know why I have fusilli because it isn't a favorite shape but it is here so I'm going to use it up. That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I think I am going to prepare peanut butter fried rice. I am addicted to the dish! I simply prepare the ramen in the microwave, and then stir in some peanut butter, making sure the peanut butter melts.

I’m heading up a pork loin that has bacon on it. It’s one that the kids like eating and enjoy it. I also know the meals for the rest of the week as well.

Thus far I’ve had a banana. I’m looking at some herbed potatoes and chicken.

We had ham&eggs tonight, sort of a quick easy supper. It was tasty!
