I Am Not Going To My 50th Year High School Class Reunion

I graduated from high school 50 years ago. The class reunion is early in October. I will not be going. One of my classmates had even offered to pay my way and even offered gas money. I told my friend that money is not the worry. Covid is the worry. I also told her that 5 or 6 of my family members have had covid and that I didn't want to be the next one so I'm staying put and I'll just plan on going to the double nickel reunion.

Health should be the topmost priority now. Any event can be enjoyed later once the pandemic is over....
