just covering your eyes with a mask doesn't mean you have a secret superhero identity
if I try now to wear a mask only on the eyes, it's definitely no different from not wearing a disguise mask.
Even I believe that even wearing a mask all over your face won't make my identity a secret, people will definitely recognize it too

Sure but the idea of it is that all people wear mask not physically of course emotionally. Also most people don’t pay attention to little details. Thirdly it’s because it’s make believe, it doesn’t mean it has to be believedable. When you look at someone do you know they are? Nope just reading a book by its cover before you even open the book to read it.

It's impossible to view the real self, we can't see the condition of their heart. Many are two faced, they are one way in public and then different, in the privacy of their home.
