Catch Bamboo Early!!!

Hello all! Starting the day off with a taste of fruit and tea! And making plan B for completion of yard work! If you have bamboo , by all means catch it early, put weed killer down or vinegar. Stop the spread early. That is if you have a yard! Didn't know anything about bamboo. Now I know and it's a real hassle!! See ya later with more info!

I've raised bamboo for over 20 years. All you have to do is mow it down when it sprouts. (But we eat the sprouts. A lot of types of bamboo are edible, if you know how to fix them.)

@db20747 I always mow it or pick it when the shoot is less then two feet tall. No stump left.

Had bamboo earlier on in our yard. But we had to build a shed afterwards and got rid of the bamboos.

I'm glad no bamboo there! Vines grow fast too , before you know they're covering half your house!!
