Digital Affection has taken the world over and changed things!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I feel there is a wave of Digital Affection which has taken the world and almost everything has changed along with it. In olden days, people use to give roses and write letters to their loved ones which got replaced by texts and calls nowadays. Emotions and feelings were expressed personally and privately which has been replaced by putting life on social media platforms in form of pictures and stories. Updating the status and thereby replying to posts. I am not criticising the new avenues of showing affection as it's been helpful to a lot of people. I am old school so reminse about old ways of being in contact and prefer personal face to face interaction done privately rather than displaying on social media. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!

Already children have been taken over by this digital blitzkrieg. We don't know what mankind will be in next ten years.

@Rashnag the pandemic has drastically changed everything. And, also online classes have affected the performance of many students. Education is not only about books. Unfortunately today's kids cannot really participate in extracurricular activities

It is up to you on how you use digitized things on social medias. You still have the brain to think what is right and wrong.

I am also the kind of person who likes to socialize with people but not virtually. I miss the time when we used to meet people and talk to them face to face. Hope things get better soon like it was in the past.

So do I. Those of my family that live nearby and my friends do it in person or send cards. Some live too far, but I appreciate their thoughtfulness in any way or form.

I like the old ways. I don’t post on social media to show my love to someone at all. Not my style. I still write letters but of course i use messaging app to those who live far away from me. Just before the pandemic i was exchanging letters to Penpals from Malaysia, Australia and Indonesia.
