Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I believe that one should try to work hard in silence and let success make the noise.
I have seen many examples of different personalities who kept working hard without much publicity and achieved success which then people come to know about it.
One of the legends is Mr. Gandhi who silently began protests against Britishers for country's independence. People started joining him and then success was achieved.
However, in today's world, we see that many people would like to declare or show off their success and there are very few who keeps working hard without any kind of publicity and achieve success in life.

Yes working in silence is good 
It is the same as doing good deeds without making it in public is truly a help that comes from the heart

yes working in silence is good ..but now a days its a disadvantage...doesn't work well in the corporate sector...they take it for granted...

I think there are many even today who di great work without talking about it. The media does not talk about it
But there are also those who make lot of noise and show. The media, through long pages, back them up.
