Across the street from the apartments that I live in is a strip mall and there is a man that comes there with a violin that he has attached to a speaker. He plays in the parking lot and I have never seen him near a car where he can attach the speaker to run off the battery. So I don't know exactly how it runs.
But the music is not annoying or too loud, yet I can hear it lightly about 2 blocks to the building that I live in. The music that he plays is pleasant sounding and beautiful. It is soothing and peaceful to listen too!
He does not come there on a schedule or I would be there then.
Today he had a woman there with him and they were both playing at the same time hooked up to the speaker. It was great!!!!!
Do you have people that play or sing music in public in your area?

In my place, there are neighbors that play loud music but are pleasant as well. Some do karaoke but not too loud.

Not that I'm aware of. Sometimes I might catch the neighbors being noisy. But, other than that...

No and I'm glad cuz it would annoy me. But when i went to Detroit in 2011 there was a guy playing music outside of our hotel

I encounter from time to time an old man singing. He seems to be happy making other people happy with his music. Some people really listen to him and others are in such a hurry that they ignore him completely. I enjoy his music, it's old songs

Yes. They are a lot of people playing good music at the city where there a lot of people that comes and goes.
