Learning new words from friends.

I had been on fb lately, the reason why I couldn't mylot as much. That only proves how poor am I in juggling things. Alas, gotta put on an exclamation mark, I have no flair at all when it comes to the internet, computers, and technology!
Though willing to learn, I truly have no aptitude.
But when it comes to words, well, I do remember this and that. From a friend on fb, Marian Santos Deaton, a former pupil, I learned a new vocabulary today.
Opacarophile - etymology of which is Latin and Greek: opacare meaning dusk and phile meaning love. Ergo, the word means a person who loves sunsets.
Photograph credit goes to Marian.

I guess I am a opacarophile also, since sunsets are so beautiful to me.

I could sit and watch the sunset till the sun hides from my view.
Here's another shot by my pupil.

Now you make me miss the beach all the more also. Longing now to thread the waters! The last time I had the pleasure of watching the setting sun at a beach was six years ago - at Nacpan Beach, El Nido.

@m_audrey6788 That's all right. Still hoping that I'd frolic on the beach again one day soon.
Hope you do the same.

The silhouette of the people frolicking in the waters added a story to the breathtaking sunset seascape. Very beautiful indeed.

Yup. Not a word we ordinarily hear nor read. Will remember the word now every time I watch the sunset.
