Curd (Yoghurt) dosa

This was for breakfast this morning It is made from white flour (maida) and curds (yoghurt) to which sugar, salt, beaten egg, a bit of scraped coconut, chopped green chili and cooriander is added.
It has the pancake consistency . They are fried shallow just like pancakes
We normally do not use white flour (maida) in any of our preparations but this dosa will not do well with wheat flour

@allknowing Yes I think so, in most of the country Dosa are available I guess. It's a famous street food too.
