This is the cheapest apartment I could find! 362.00 a month on rent cafe in Minnesota. These apartments aren't too bad for this price. Now this is in my budget! What do you think? What's the cheapest rent you've paid?

I wish I could find something that cheap around where I live. I think the cheapest I see around here would be around 700 dollars.

I have never paid rent before. We have our own house. If you think the price is reasonable then you should go for it

@db20747 No amenities, a small complex, we don’t have anything like a rec room, but I love where I live, so it’s worth it to me…

I haven´t paid rent in decades. I own my house. But from what I´ve heard of the rents in the US this is very cheap.

I'd be concerned about the quality, depending on where you live. As well as the neighborhood. I'd say around the 600's, and that was years ago when the cost of living was a lot lower.
