I had to change my lunch.

I did not want to make yet another Spanish tortilla to finish with the caramelized onions and other fillings. It had been delicious but I ate it twice yesterday. I found a couple of left over cooked beets but to my horror they had some mold on their skin. And although I love some cheeses with mold, I don´t eat molded bread or anything else. And I don´t give them to Luna either. Besides, I have discovered tha Luna does not like sweet food. So they went to the garbage. And my diet lunch had to consist on half a big tomato (very sweet and good) and a lot of lettuce mixed with arugula from my platation in a container. I am sure that I will be hungry later on. But I have 2 bananas and that always helps. What did you have for lunch? Or for dinner? Make me envious! But if I don´t find something else, I´ll make yet another tortilla later on or I´ll get out some pesto to make pasta with pesto.

Bananas could be quite filling for us. We had pulses with rice and oil cooked whole wheat flour bread(Roti) in the lunch, and a similar thing during Dinner.

@marguicha Yes Lentils are vety healthy and with the right spices, they can be made very healthy as well.
