I had thought of sharing this before but delayed by a few days.
UK had a supply chain problem where there was a shortage of truckers.
Somehow people started panic buying of Fuel.
As a result many Fuel pumps are running dry or almost there.
Some steps have been taken to address this and might be helping as of now.
There are reports of probable price rise as well if the crisis continues.
Let us see how the things proceed.

I read an article on a site which says that dizzying stock Market plus many startups or new age companies valuations in some way come at policies that means that Governments are printing more currencies.
And because of my historical and present and keen interest in Economics, it means that there would be inflation somewhere or another.
The irony is that the reverse of Inflation- Deflation which Japan faced for many years is also bad as that leads to Economic stagnation as well as rise in unemployment.
So most countries aim to have moderate growth with low inflation. But it is kind of a complex balance.
And another topic by itself.
Oh I went a bit overboard !!

In India, inflation has been pinching with High Petrol and Diesel Prices - a lot of them due to the added taxes.
Yet we seem to have some respite in the recent weeks.

Well. Well. Looks like I need to come up with another topic on Inflation.
What is the average Food and Non-Food inflation in Canada and US these days?
Then I would share some of my thoughts.
