James Dalpiaz who is a store manager at a McDonald's hamburger restaurant in Southgate Michigan is being praised by Susan Causey whose husband who suffers from diabetes suffered from a lack of sugar that caused him to nearly pass out after he left a senior center last month. The story begins where Susan picked up her husband from a senior citizen center where he fainted while he was inside her auto. Susan rushed her husband to a local McDonald's restaurant which was the closest building where her husband would get something to drink to revive him from the lack of sugar in his system. When Susan was able to contact an employee at the drive in window, she asked the employee for a cup of orange juice since her husband was having a diabetic attack. James who is diabetic himself knew what to do by getting a cup of orange juice as well as some sugar to revive Susan's husband who is now safe and sound. Susan calls James her hero for saving the life of her husband. James is grateful for all of the kind compliments he has been getting from well wishers on social media. I would call James an angel who God used to serve Him that day in Southgate Michigan.

My daughter is diabetic. She once got hit with extremely low sugar level and we were in a store to get her some shoes. She passed out, a worker came running and had a can of soda for her, which did the trick. We were so thankful. She had just checked her sugar levels before we left home, and they were fine then, so it was unexpected. Nice to know there are good people out there who don't mind helping.

That is good he knew what to do. I always find that funny they need sugar but sugar also contributes to diabetes. They say they still researching so cannot say it can caused diabetes but diet and if people exercise and what not. Some people just have it birth and that is genetics but people can get it if they not eating properly and not taking care of themselves. I know when we get older our body just does what it wants, anything can happen when we get older, sad to say.
