Wrong meal delivery

Today lunch, I order rice porridge from my favorite resto. Since i am not feeling well, i order porridge with phitan eggs + fried egg. The order delivery come and it's porridge wirh chicken instead of phitan eggs. Phitan eggs is preserved eggs, its good for health. Finally, i had to put away that good cube of chicken meat. Its a good portion of chicken actually, as it has no skin and fat on it. I am quite regret cos this is my fav resto and how can they send wrong meal to me? Have you had this kind of accident?

Thanks. Since pandemic means almost 2 years? Wow.. my max time not order outside food is one week. We just love to eat :-)

@Vree0937 We love to eat, too... But my daughter and I both cook and we like to experiment with foods from other countries.

@DaddyEvil These days, weather so hot. So sonetimes we just lazy cook, cos after cook, we end up like take shower of sweat!

There are some occasions where they missed some of the orders. We had to recall them and they delivered the missing orders

If its totally wrong, yes better call the resto. Lucky on my case its wrong meat only

@toniganzon yes that occasionally happen. But last time, i was wrong order of thickness of dough :-)

Let them replace your order. It's not yours. It might be other's order, swapped to yours.

, next time check the items first before paying. I ordered online and the stuff isn't the one I ordered, so I didn't pay, rather returned.

I think its mine. Thats the only one wrong. Probably they think as i already order fried eggs, then I mistakenly wrong porridge with eggs, common meal in here is porridge with chicken

I guess phitan eggs is what's also called century eggs? Here some people also like rice porridge when they're sick. It's good to check the items before letting the delivery guy leave. You should call them so they know about their mistake.

Yes, phitan eggs is century eggs. Delivery man is not allowed to enter our site. They only can leave it in security place, and i come down to pick it up 10 mins later
