While I had sporadically listened to podcasts in the past, it wasn't until last year that I really started getting into listening to them. I have a fairly wide range of ones that I listen to-- ranging from news to fiction stories.
One interesting podcast that I came across is one that I have used to help improve my Norwegian language skills-- Revnen ( This NRK Radio podcast series only has a few episodes and is in Norwegian (with a few words in English), but it is definitely worth a listen.
Do you listen to podcasts? If so, what sort? Do you have particular favorites?

Podcasts are purely audio. They are sort of reminiscent of the classic radio shows (from well before my time) that used to air.

Not being able to travel is actually what solidified it for me. I expect that, once I find it reasonable to travel again, I will continue listening to podcasts since they are so handy.

Actually, since it's a horror podcast series, it may not be the best choice in planning a trip for Norway.
I've listened to it, because the stories are entertaining, and I'm working on my understanding of spoken Norwegian. I am fair at reading it, but understanding people speaking at a relatively normal speed is a challenge as is true with any language that one is in the process of learning.

I usually run them while I'm doing something else online. The exception would be the non-English ones, since they require my full concentration.
