Hello again, myLot ! A "Duh..." sort of morning.

I went to the bank and deposited some money that the lady whose in home daycare I went to paid me. On the way out, I was looking at my receipt, and thought I deposited more money than what it said. I went back and talked to a teller, who went and talked to the teller I had originally dealt with, then the second teller came back and said she'd check the cameras. As she walked away, I realized that I had left $40 of the money I was paid at home, as I needed it to pay the lady I bought the bookcase from ! So when the teller I was dealing with came back, asking me if I wanted to see what the camera showed, I told her no, and apologized because I had just remembered I had left some of my money at home. I walked back to the other shopping center, and stopped at the Hallmark store to get my brother a birthday card. I picked one out, and as I was going to the counter I checked my purse and saw I had no credit cards or checks with me (of course I had deposited the majority of the cash I'd had). So, I put the card back and headed to Safeway. Because I didn't have a credit card or check with me, I couldn't get any non-food items, but I still managed to get more than what was on my list. I lugged it home, and now here I am. It's nearly one o clock, and I need to get some lunch. Hope your day/evening/etc. is going well in your part of myLot land !
