He was fully vaccinated with Sinovac, however, he had an underlying metabolic disease, which are high blood sugar (Type 1 diabetes mellitus - insulin dependent diabetes) and hypertension. I learned from this that even if you are fully vaccinated, if you have an existing condition that you don't attend to, you would be severely affected. So, even if you are fully vaccinated, please take extra precautions just the same. * Wear appropriate masks whenever going out * Wear a face shield as well, for extra protection. * Wash your hands often with soap and water * Avoid staying in crowded places, the open air is the best. * Don't neglect your health, eat fruits , vegetables.
