Travel is one of my favorite things to watch. So I was watching a video r: ecently and one of the videos talked about the host visiting the Highest polling station in the world. It is in a small village in Himachal Pradesh in Trans Himalayas in India. This state borders Tibetan part of China. There are just 4 houses in this village which is connected with just a small bridge to other more accessible areas and even that bridge was made in the recent years. The Height above the sea level is 15256 Ft. or 4650 M -> That is a staggering height above the sea level. I think one might feel a litte breathlessness at such a height. Conducting elections at such a height would be a big challenge. Read On :
At Tashigang, a village at an altitude of 4,650 metres in Lahaul & Spiti, polling was a celebration of its newfound status.
