Salad and hashbrown

Will that two make a good combination? Well that what I had for today lunch. I had salad - consist of brocolli, carrot, Beet, tomatoes, col, and top with mayonaise and a bit of chilly sauce. I put melt cheese on top of my hashbrown. Yummy What you have for lunch today?

Shredded potato made into a patty and fried in butter or a bit of oil until brown and crispy on both sides. YUM!

You can make wedges on your potato, or just baked it the topped with brocolli and cheese. Yummy
