If you burned it, Why would you burn it again?

Two dishes were cooking on the stove when I smelled something burning.
Oh, wow, first time fish stew dried up, as in the edges were black.
Usually, it's the chicken, pork or beef dish.
As usual, Sis's SOP (after taking out the "cooked" food) is to rinse it, fill it with enough water then switch on the stove again.
Guess what? It burned again! Two records in one day!
What's weird is, I just saw a Tiktok hack the other day about how to clean burnt pots and pans using salt, baking soda, dishwashing liquid and white vinegar. Was really impressive (though too many ingredients). Link below if you want to see for yourself.
So who in your household tends to burn the pots and pans?
And who's the one who has to clean it?
Do you have cleaning tips to share?

Me, I tend fill it with water and scrub it immediately with steel wool then let it soak some more. How about you?

Oh no. Double murder for the fish to get burned.
I think I saw the video on YT, a couple YouTuber tried the cleaning act. I can't open the link you shared.

Oh, that would be so smelly! And hard to clean!
Once I boiled water in a kettle and forgot. Then I smelled something burning and all the water evaporated! But that was the first and last time.
