This Time We Need Licensed Workers!!! Not A Jack Of All Trades!!

My grandmother and some people are coming to see about repairs and she is bringing a guy to work. I'm going to get out of dodge and hurry and leave. I should stay but I don't want to argue with him. I hope she doesn't give him 20k to complete the work, and makes sure he is lisenced. Many times the work doesn't get competed then we have to pay someone to correct this. This time we need licensed workers!! Not A Jack Of All Trades!!

@db20747 I understand perfectly..that is all this slumlord hires here is jack of no trades, no licenses and dont fix anything.

I'm not sure what he is, I will make sure he is licensed and not jack leg. Jackleg does temporary fixes not too professional
