September 2021 in review

Hi all,
I realized I hadn't talked yet about my Sept. -- to be honest my journal notes are at my mom's place and yet, I'm here - so I don't fully remember what all I did goals wise.
Exercise I think I got 5 out of 12 days that is my goal, which is better than I do sometimes. I count 30 minutes of cardio, or 10k steps as a day's worth of exercise.
I think I reached my 2 new recipes, but I only remember the AWESOME instant pot popcorn trick.... and not whatever the other one was.
I've made progress in my reading - "Ask and it is Given" - Abraham Hicks and "The Four Agreements" - Don Miguel Ruiz
September had a lot of fun in it. I went for 2 days at the MN Renaissance festival, Been making friends at Church, spent some time at my place which I haven't done for a long time, didn't get much else done as far declutter but that's alright..... I went to a sunflower field as well which was beautiful

Your September has memories in it Faye.
Sunflowers and Renaissance..nice.
My September was sadly not ideal, but nevermind, time moves on to make things better.

Ah. I do hope October is looking up for you.
Momma is doing great on her scans and bloodwork but .... her hip hurts a lot these days. I'm happy it's her hip and not her other health concerns, but I want her out of pain too - thanks for asking :-)

Thanks for asking, Momma - unfortunately her hip hurts a lot... but otherwise I'm happy and thankful to say she is well :-)

The 4 Agreements is a good book. I read that once. What is great about the Instant pot popcorn? 10,000 steps is really a lot..Congrats..I do walk over 2 miles when I am walking and it still doesn't add up to 10k steps.

I like how the author writes, it's dense subject but he re-words it enough that it makes sense. :-)
Instant pot popcorn gets made with coconut oil (It says you can't use anything for the oil, I don't know what happens if you try) - and I don't know if it's the oil or what, but it makes nice, crispy, lightly sweet popcorn. Though leaves a lot unpopped. :/
Wow! These days I mostly use my "30 minutes" of activity to "count" -- but when I'm doing the step counting my goal was 10k.

Thanks! Momma is doing better now, though she is extra tired this round of chemo. I think because she just got over an infection.
Thanks! I love my circle, but it's nice to keep adding to :-) Secretly, (alright, not so secret) I hope that maybe I might meet someone nice... but as I near 40 I think I am too old to be looking.
Ah! I hope you get some relax time soon
