Good day to you all, I was reading this morning that the Illinois governor has offered National Guard to come into the city of Chicago. Tonight, at midnight the Chicago police have to provide information about whether or not they have been vaccinated. The president of the Chicago Fraternal Order of Police has urged police to not give that information. If they do not give this information they could be forced out of their jobs. Some are saying that this weekend many of the police will be calling off work in protest of this order. If this happens there will be a shortage of police on the job. The Mayor of Chicago, Lori Lightfoot, has said she has a plan. Stating that the state and county police have been very helpful in the past. Of course, she also says “our expectation is that people will comply”. That right there says a lot to me, these people in power now just expect us all to just comply with whatever they say. I hope that at least half the police just don’t comply and follow along like sheep. I hope they all stay home and send a message to the city that they are not going to just comply.
