This is more like a test subject as i see people with all king of discussino. So just for fun I would be curios if you answear me: do you eat sunflower seads? Like right now, as I do???

Yes, I like sunflower seeds. I prefer them salted. (You might mention how you eat them, though. Just a suggestion.)

My parrots at loads of them And we plant them in the garden And the wild birds get them when we put them in the bird feeders I buy bread with sun flower seeds in it
