I Am Trying To Figure Out What Tony That Was

My friends like to talk smack, most of us street ballers or kind of hood now or back in the day. It carries over even the ones that are better off now but since its California, they still live in the hood because better than most, but still all they can afford. There is a bitterness for them and poor people. Dammit I thought we made it out of the hood. Hey, was not poor people that made these rules. Anyway, my buddy showed a pic of his new puppy finally trusting me and giving me love and this Tony that I do not remember just says, "I look the same." I am like Tony who. I knew a few Tony's in my life and last name not ringing a bell. I knew A female one and yeah he not as pretty as her, she crossed off list. I am thinking its a guy we knew in middle school. My homie and I know a few friends from those days and sad to say I forgot a lot about them. He went by Tony Ribbits though. Big guy, in middle school, sometimes he would pick on me, just go watch this guy is tough and would pick me up over his shoulders and spin me around. Do not get scared that was more elementary but was funny, do not be a little girl. Close your eyes if you need to, then when all said and done would say this guy is tough. Don't mess with him. It worked rather well. Was one of the neatest approaches to handle bullies because everyone came away laughing. It did kind of look like him if he were all grown up.
