Mushrooms with blue cheese for lunch.

I am cooking rice but I´m not hungry. So I have some mushrooms in the oven with blue cheese and butter. That and only that will be my lunch.
I found some old sheets that will be perfect to cut for a pair of pillows. And I also found a couple of sheets of the size that my daughter will like for her single bed in the south.
My lunch will be incredible. I´m smelling the melted blue cheese now

That lunch sounds divine to me. I love blue cheese and I love mushrooms.

@RebeccasFarm I like pillow cases that are bigger than the pillows so that they are easy to put on and take off.

@DianneN My finger was the culprit for the lack of the T.
They are so easy to make. I cut the cheese but stuff the mushrooms with my bare hands. Then I lick my fingers. Only THEN I wash my hands.

So the Mushrooms would be crunchy I suppose.
I tasted blue cheese long long time back but it was different from the other cheese flavors I am familiar with.
It is good that you found other purpose for your sheets.
