sometimes it's weird, it's actually the fastest internet signal when in the wilderness, this is not logical. the fastest internet signal should be in the settlement. if it's in the forest, there shouldn't be a network. can anyone explain why? can the forest reflect the internet network very well?

The signal is not that good in a forest area.

Not usually, but if scientists in area or forest rangers patrol there they put up internet stuff. If is permanent I am not sure but heard that is how they do it.

No idea. I have generally heard and seen in the movies that there is no network when in forest. I wonder which forest you have encountered
