Things that you avoid in conversation

It just a curious question, but did you have things that you tend to avoid to do when you talk or in conversation with someone?
For me i always avoid talk about other people especially their bad experience or habit unless they are with me when i talk about that or both me and my conversation partner already know about the said experience or habit

Hi there, welcome to myLot. Well, the things I kind of avoid in conversations etc will be about bad gossips. I refrain from it wherever possible and if my conversation partner doesn't stop, I will end the conversation in a polite manner or just divert the topic to something else lighter.

It much depends on to whom I´m talking to. I am cautious about talking about religion and politics but most of my friends accept that every person has its own belifs.

Yes, I think we all keep our conversations comfortable so that it is pleasant for both parties. Of course a conversation between siblings, parent child and partners can get somewhat heated at times.
