I have lived in the apartment I am in for almost 4 years now. They are garden apartments that each building has a security front door to enter into the building. Because of this there is no trick or treating.
I miss it, so much!
And the way the buildings are designed the patios/balcanies are on the back side of each building which does not face the street. However the owners and management want us to decorate our patios/balcanies. What is the point?
I cannot wait to move to a house where I can decorate, have Trick or Treaters and enjoy it.

We do window clings for front door but thats it for outside decorations

I had some pumpkins out on the porch. Gone now, I put them out back for the squirrels to enjoy.

No; and we never get any trick or treaters. Our house is quite a distance from the other houses.

Yes, that is a drawback when living in an apartment. I had the same issue when I lived in one. Here is a photo of the front of my home with decorations to put you in the mood
