The wind has shifted

The wind has shifted and so my wind chime that my dad made is periodically sounding. I love wind chimes, and would love to have several. I could do that here,no one is near enough to be disturbed. That may be a new project. I have seen some made of bamboo instead of metal. It provides a melodious sound. I shall collect wind chimes. Please send me one for Christmas. Do you have wind chimes, or bird feeders? Some neighborhoods do not favor either one. If you were my neighbor I would be fine with you having both.

Being in an apartment in the city, I have neither. I'd like to be somewhere that I could have both, but I'm not certain that the next place (which is still to be determined) will be conducive to that, either. I want to be back on the property ladder, but in an area that is actually nice.

I hope you get to relocate soon. I am not sure if I know your back story. I seem to remember you from before. In earlier myLot history.

@GardenGerty I was here before. The entire story of apartments and houses is long and complicated. Not to mention depressing, of course. It would make for a good work of fiction, though.

I just love the sound of windchimes. Sure why not..make some Heather. I do not mind the sound of them either. I do have one, but I want more. But things are so unstable here I wont buy anymore.

I have a variety of shells. I think I could drill holes in them and string them for a different sound.

I have one wind chime outside, which coincidentally fell down yesterday because the cord broke, and one set of tubular bells inside, not to mention the string of brass bells at the front door.

I have wind chimes and love them. No more bird feeders due to not being here in the winter usually.

That is what concerns me about feeders is the possibility of being gone.

I have two of them hanging in my gazebo in my terrace garden. I just love them especially when the wind is gentle. They are melodious. We get a lot of bamboo made here. They are melodious as well as aesthetic.

I had a wind chime which got damaged due to strong winds. If anybody wants to gift me one for Christmas they are most welcomed

I have neither wind chime nor bird feeder.I want to get a bird feeder, seeing that birds frequently take their perch on my balcony.

That would be a good thing. I liked the years when I had them. We would get quite a variety of birds visiting.

I like chimes a lot. I like feeders when I can watch them.
