I´m preparing a concert at my house in November.

On Sunday November 14, I´ll have a concert and barbecue at my home. Camila and her BF will come to meet the guests of honor, my grandson and his GF. He plays the guitar and she sings and plays the piano.
I hope that my best friends (Camila´s parents) will be able to come. If I cannot find good meat for a barbecue, I´ll think about something else to serve.
I´m just starting to think as I just talked to Felipe.

I´ll make a barbecue only if Humberto is in Santiago and he buy the meat. He knows where to buy it now and he has a car. I don´t mind paying if it is more expensive. But I have many alternatives and anyway I will have to cook something vegetarian for Dixie. She accepts seafood though so I could make a risotto.

@LadyDuck In my country, spring gatherings are much associated with barbecues. But lately, I, too, prefer a good seafood risotto to a barbecue. I also love a good paella, but I gave away my paella pot years ago and never bought another. And anyway, it is too difficult and you have to cook it in the moment. Humberto helps me with risotto though. He loves to cook and Dixie won´t let him get near the kitchen.

I don´t know how to do that. But maybe Felipe will do it. They give paid concerts in Europe. Yuo are givem the link once you pay. It was perfect in the worst part of the pandemia.
