How does hilsa fish taste the best as fry or mustard paste curry?

October 29, 2021 7:02am CST
Many people all over the world have different ways of cooking hilsa fish. It is the national fish of Bangladesh and state fish of State of West Bengal in India. It is very expensive costing almost Rs 1200 per kg. Some like it as fry some like it as spicy chilli oriented curry form. Others eat it sarse bata curry or mustard paste bhape style. Which is the best way you like the fish?

I have never tried this fish, we have different kind of fish. How I cook depends of what kind of fish. I like cod in a curry paste, but I like my salmon baked in the oven with only some herbs.

If it were up to me, I'd prefer to cook it in spicy tomato paste like how you'd cook spaghetti or just with olive oil and veggies fry.
