My Silly PANIC Mode...Hahaha!?!

Today, I went out and dropped by at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in my city. My main agenda is to renew my license as a Physiotherapist. After I got all the necessary requirements, I took off right away and rode on the elevator. When I was on the elevator, it suddenly stopped and the light turned off. I started to pant and knocked hard on the elevator door. After two or three minutes, I was so relieved when the elevator started to work and moved out from it. By the way, the bell sign button was not working. Have you ever experienced this kind of panic attack in your life? Image Credit: exploringyourmind.com

Did you think someone was going to do something to you while you were stuck in the elevator? (I have a problem with heights, if nothing is enclosing me... )

I got scared that no one can hear me being in there. I just cannot handle being enclosed like in canned goods.

@DaddyEvil I can handle it if I am with someone there.

@Shavkat Ahh... gotcha... I can get claustrophobic, too, if I'm stuck in an enclosed space.

I was trapped inside an elevator before! I did not panic for some reason. The fire department got us out. But I can imagine how scared you were when the lights went out. I would be screaming!! Glad it started working fast!

I also experienced this before but with other people. At least, I am not alone at that time. With this particular situation, I am just worried that they will not be able to pull me out there due to this unscheduled power outage. No one heard my knocking while being inside this elevator. What if it takes an hour or two, it would be a nightmare for me.

I'll probably pay attention to the roof of the elevator in case there's a clue there.

Oh, my. I would love to climb but with my weight at present. It would be a struggle to carry me up from that elevator.

That would not be good and I would not panic but I would not like it. I am glad it started to work again. The only thing I worry is my family if something happen that panics me.

I also think that way. So I tried my best to calm myself. I cannot afford to be hospitalized and quarantined for 14 days due to this coronavirus thing.

I probably would have had a panic attack as I don't like confined spaces.

No, the only time I met was when I couldn't close the elevator door. It wasn't so sudden. I just walked out.

I would prefer to have that kind of situation than being enclosed with this elevator.
