A bad egg morning for The Horse.

No, I did not encounter any bad eggs. At least not bad people.
But my ritual egg and bacon breakfast got off to a rough start.
I chose a cracked egg to cook up after the bacon had cooked. But it looked odd in the pan (too watery), so I tossed it.
Then I found a non-cracked egg. tapped it twice on the edge of the pan, and the insides slid neatly...onto the top of my stove.
I had just cleaned my stove, so I scooped it up and friend it. It was fine.
Happily, I was able to make my morning cup of coffee without any tragedies.
My deep questions for this morning:
*Would you use a cracked egg? Or just toss it?
*Have you had any culinary disasters recently?
*What did you have for breakfast on this sunny and mild Wednesday?
