Good day to you all. Hope your day and week has been a good one. Mine was not too bad. Not sure if any of you remember a story that happened last year in August in Kenosha, Wisconsin. When all those riots were happening there was one in Kenosha, Wisconsin and one of the people that was armed and trying to protect people and businesses ended up shooting and killing 2 men and injuring another when a crowed attacked him and chased him down the street. I’m not going to get into all the details you can look it up for yourself his name is Kyle Rittenhouse. The reason I remember this so well is a couple reasons. I live in this city, and this happened about 2 miles from my house. I was watching this live on a Youtube feed and seen unfold as it happened. I was sitting in the living room watching on my computer with guns locked and loaded just waiting for it to come to my house. Thankfully, it didn’t, or I might be on trial with him. I said then and I will say now from what I saw that night and the way I believe the law is. He is not guilty of the charges; he used self-defense and was retreating from the mobs every time that you see him. The only thing he is guilty of is a bad choice to go and get involved in the whole mess that night. He, I believe had good intentions of going and protecting people and their property and ended up in a very bad situation. The trial started on Monday, and we will see how long this is going to last. I just hope what ever the outcome is, that our city stays peaceful, and violence does not break out. I will be watching this closely and will prepare for the worse. Have a good day.
