Work from home culture developed in India due to Covid!!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I believe that since last few years due to the pandemic, the work from home culture has developed in India which wasn't there priorly.
Since the beginning of covid, many companies gave this facility to it's employees to work from home especially in IT sector.
It wasn't into practice before the pandemic. Some people are working from home currently. However, some have started to go into offices as there is decline in Covid cases in India.
There are still lot of people going outside for job like delivery people, people working in cafe and restaurants, people working in bank, malls etc.
Share your thoughts about it. Do you prefer working from home culture or working from office as I feel both have it's pros and cons.

I do think both have its merits. It's healthier to commute to work yet is very convenient to complete work from home. I guess it's to each his or her own.
