My Hair Needs Done

My roots are showing. I have black hair but with white roots. I am not ready to go white yet!
I asked my roommate to color my hair tonight. She told me she would if she is not too tired. If not by midnight, I guess I need to color my hair myself. Do you know what a mess I would make?

A few years ago, my hair turned completely white from roots to tips in about 2 months time. Everyone thought I colored it white because it happened so fast. My Dad's hair did the same, but he was a lot younger than I was when his turned white. I like it. It suits me, and I have such a reaction to so many chemicals, I'm glad I made that choice.
But I personally think everyone should do whatever they want to their hair. Shave it, grow it out, color it pink and purple, who cares? It's hair. It grows back.

No coloring my hair even though I have greys. I loathe hair colors.
What I do need is a haircut, due since a few months!
