So, I was reading this World Atlas. When I came to the section on Central America and Carribbean, I saw this beautiful bird named Quetzal.
This bird has brightly colored feathers and long tail.
This bird is the national bird of Guatemala.

Slightly better each day but it is taking time. I am trying to be active still as well as taking steam actively.

I did not go to the Doctor. I go to a Doctor or consult if it seems that there is something that would be much more serious.
Most doctors prescribe some medicines with which I sometimes have side effects or after effects, and well I avoid taking them.
Plus with cough and cold, I have found steam, Hot water, Chewable Throat Lozenges (like Vicks, Cofsils etc) and tea to be more useful.
I know that this is not what many advise, but this is what I find more suitable.

The avian world has so many beautiful and colorful species. This one is very pretty.
Our national bird is the Philippine eagle, I think. Used to be the lowly and ordinary maya (sparrow).

Something similar to why our national animal was changed from Lion to a much more (then) endangered Tiger in 1972 to increase awareness about its conservation.

The Royal Bengal Tiger is well known. Asiatic Lions are concentrated in Gir Forest sanctuary in Gujarat in Western India.
