November 13 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today is a good day.
I'm thankful I could donate the turkey to my church fellowship for the Thanksgiving meal we're having next week. Not tomorrow. It made me feel so good.
I'm thankful for the work I've done on Wilderness Call. I'm only getting started on today's work. I stopped to interact here and let you know I'm still alive.
I'm thankful for the grocery shopping I did today when I got the turkey. My fridge is full again. I needed fruit more than anything.
Okay, that's my day. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. It's time for me to get back to Wilderness Call. I have a lot of words to write yet today.

I'm thankful I decided to scroll down. I love seeing this daily post. It brightens my day to read about something positive, no matter how small.
I'm thankful my girls are getting along and have found seperate corrners, although Chinnia will need her meds here soon. I'll need to put her in another room in case she vomits it up.

You dont have todays up yet so I'll say todays and yesterdays here.
Yesterday, have a nice lazy day with the fiancé and him playing a board game with me! His first time ever playing scrabble, and he kept saying he didnt want to play and didnt like it but with laughing and smiling.

We donate turkeys around Christmas time, for needy families in our community. Having a Thanksgiving meal with church family, that will be wonderful. Giving of thanks to God, is lacking in many lives! Myself, I don't give thanks to the Lord as much as I should:(

That's good you do.
It will be nice. We're going to enjoy getting the meal ready while we worship, and then sit down together, eat, and watch the game. It will be a good Sunday. Especially, if the Packers beat the Vikings. It will be a good Sunday, regardless because God is GOOD!
It's something that often gets pushed to the wayside and why people are so negative. They forgot how to be thankful.

@just4him People get overwhelmed, viewing all the negativity going on everywhere in the world. When focus is stayed upon Christ Jesus, those things grow strangely dim in the light of his glory and grace!

Wow.... That's so no nice of you. What is the wilderness call?
Whem I was young and my uncle was living and he was based in CA, every Christmas, he used to send us Turkey. Then, he'd coll it will apricot sauce if I remember it right... But when he passed away, good bye turkey, lol
My sister has more than we do, but she's not rich either. But, she's ok Today, my sister and her hubby is celebrating their wedding anniversary. Instead that we prepare for their celebration, she sends us groceries for their celebration. Not that much, but enough to share. We received stir-fry noodles, grilled chicken. Then she send us groceries of laundry powder soap, lemon.
To show that we're celebrating their anniversary, I made a board for them. The liked it and they said that I'm artistic and thoughtful....
