Good day to you all, Here I am at home not feeling very well today, nothing unusual really but here I am. I should be getting some information from the doctor in the next day or two so hopefully we will know something. I was just reading up on this Kyle Rittenhouse case. I believe today the judge is giving the Jury the last rules and they are going to start deliberations today. Of course, I am not there and not on the jury but from all that I have read about this case I don’t know how they can not come back with a not guilty verdict. From my understanding almost every witness said that they think he was defending himself. This is witnesses from the defense and prosecution. Even the star witness, the only one who survived the shooting said that Kyle did not shoot till he raised his gun at Kyle. To me that says it was self-defense. Many witnesses said that Rosenbaum, the first person to be shot was aggressive all night twice threating Kyle and others that were there with Kyle once even telling them that if he caught them alone that he would kill them. Later at the time of the shooting he was chasing Kyle who he had found alone. He caught up to him and at the point of the first shot had grabbed the barrel of Kyles rifle. I guess there were 4 shots fired at Rosenbaum all four shots hit him only one grazed him where the other 3 hit well, all fired within less than a second. Which tells me he was in fear for his life. There is a lot to unpack from what I have seen and for me I still believe he reacted in self-defense and should be free. Should he have been there in the first place? No, he shouldn’t have nor should anyone else have been there they all were breaking the local temporary curfew that the city had in place at the time. So, if anything he like others should pay the fine for being out after the curfew. Since they are not going to charge the hundreds of others, they should not charge him for it either. I guess we will find out in the next few days.
