Bread Made Out Of Eggs?

If you have followed my health journey over the years, I have done a low carb lifestyle...or tried to anyways. Some times I stuck to it really well, then like the past year, I have struggled with it as well.
Anyways - I follow these people on YouTube that do the PSMF (protein sparing modified fasting) where you do low fat, low carb, high protein days. To get the protein in, they'd make high protein bread out of egg whites and egg white protein powder.
I tried making it, and it was okay but for me would come out very styrofoamy.
Now there is a recipe going around though where instead they are not using the egg whites, just the powder mixed with water. It whips up just like egg whites would. Another person I watch adds some whole egg powder (just like a tablespoon or so) and they say it comes out closer to regular bread and no Styrofoam feel to it.
The only problem, those two powders are expensive! Around $20 for a pound (for each). Using real eggs would be a lot cheaper but if these give it a better texture then it would be more worth the price.
Have you ever tried making bread like this?

Well that is good that you have, I would just like to have sandwiches, and it would help with getting protein in.

Sadly, I don't think so. I do have some of the egg white powder so I can try the recipe without the whole egg powder.

I've never put eggs in my bread when I made it. I would think it would look and taste like styrofoam. There is nothing like the real thing. If the bread calls for eggs, I'd use real eggs.

Well I can't have the "keto breads" they still have wheat which is not really keto.
This new recipe does not call for eggs, it calls for egg white powder.
