My school playlist

Every Friday one of the band/music teachers plays songs over the loudspeaker before school and during the 4 minute period between change of classes. He used to just pick them on his own but now he is doing teacher playlists. I finally decided to submit one. We'll see if he ever picks it. I tried to pick songs that were appropriate for high schoolers. We shall see!

Boy, these picks sure do show our age gap. I don't think I know any of them. (I have heard of most of the artists but not the songs.)

I had to listen to most of them because I’d never heard the songs before. I know who the artists are, but you don’t get anything from reading their names.
So move your rocking chair over. I’ll bring the Patti Page records.
