A signal from an iPad saved a couple in Pennsylvania after a small plane crash

A 13 year old girl and her 58 year old father are grateful to be alive after they were rescued by the rescue team were able to locate the couple thanks to the young girl using her iPad to assist them to be found safe and sound. The small plane crashed in a wooded area near the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Airport on Sunday afternoon. The search team of over 30 persons were able to locate the father and his daughter who were the only passengers inside the two seat single engine plane thanks to the ping sound from the iPad. The search ended about five hours after the small plane was reported missing. When the rescue team found the couple who were alive since they kept warm in the snow by being huddled to each other. The couple were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries and in a pre-hypodermic state where they are expected to make a full recovery. James Serafin who is the Chief of the Bear Creek Volunteer Hose Company called the rescue of the couple was "A miracle" since the wooded area where the crash happened is not favorable for anyone to survive after a small plane crash. The cause of the small plane crash is being investigated by the Federal Aviation Adninstration. Technology works to save lives.

That's a miracle story. Indeed, these modern gadgets can be of help if used properly. I was amazed at another gadget the drones who can help you search for missing persons without endangering your safety. These are wonders of the modern world.
