Hello myLotters! How are you? I hope good! Myself? Going to get dinner prepared soon! Crock-Pot homemade potato soup! In my Crock-Pot, the potato soup takes about 5 hours to cook. Are you using your Crock-Pot today?

I don't have a Crock Pot. I did use my Instant Pot on Monday.

LOL I don't own an Instant Pot. What all can you cook in an Instant Pot?

@Spontaneo Anything. It is an electric pressure cooker (very safe) and you can saute things like vegetables before adding other ingredients and cooking the mix. I've done pot roast, Mississippi roast, meatballs/sauce, rice, and I don't even remember what else. Rice in 4 minutes. Hard boiled egges in 5 minutes and then 5 min in ice water. Stew in 30 minutes. Love it!
