A K9 dog that is being given a second chance to serve with the police

A two year old mixed breed male dog named Loki who is a native of Poland came to the United States to a kennel in Pennsylvania earlier this year was adopted by the Olathe Police Department to join their K9 Unit. The problem was that when Loki did pass his physical exam due to an underdeveloped kidney, the Olathe Police Department could send him back to be replaced for another dog. Sad to report that Loki would have to be put to sleep at the kennel. Loki who is a mixed Malinois and Shepherd male dog must have had a guardian angel since the Spring Hill Police Department needed a new K9 dog to join their team and they decided to adopt Loki. Loki before joining the Spring Hill Police Department will have an operation to cure his kidney before he replaces Niko who is going to retire from the police force. Yes even dogs do get second chances in life just humans.
