My regimen...

November 18, 2021 8:08pm CST
I was always told by my mom and lola, you should always take care of your skin. Every morning, whenever you perspire and before you sleep wash your face, then use a toner and moisturizer. When you wear makeup, wash your face before you sleep, then go back to your regimen. A lot says, it's being vain. Mom and lola says, it's not being vain, you just take care of your skin. Growing up, I see my lola use Pnds cold cream. She doesn't use so much makeup, she only uses Ponds Cold cream, then powder and lipstick. That simple. Mom is the same, she washes he's her face in the morning, then applies toner, moisturizer, serum, then powder and lipstick. That simple. At the end of the day,she washes her face. Lola died when she was in her 80's. Mom is now in her 70's, but she looks young for her age. One more secret, they always say, keep on smiling even when you sleep. ?? When I started working after college, I started asking mom and lola what should my regimen be? I started using Ponds Cold cream. Then, lola said powder and lipstick is OK. Since HS mom taught me to wash my face with facial was. I first used Ultima II, then when in ran out of Ultima, mom bought me Cinique soap until my my first years of working. Then, I my friend introduced me to Gold bar soap. When I couldn't afford them already I started using Dove white soap, then ordinary white soap and now I'm using Celetque. Then, sometimes I also use charcoal mask cream and charcoal mask peal. Afterwards, I apply toner, moisturizer. If I don't go out I don't wear makeup. If I do I use light makeup. And to add to my regimen, I use body lotion. But when I started swimming or playing sports, I've forgotten using lotions. But sometimes I still try to use lotion when I remember. And I know I should

That’s good that your mom taught you to take care of yourself. You should continue to follow her advice.

That's ok.. I just have that regimen to protect my skin. And I don't use whitening soap. I'm just want to avoid to have oily and pipples. My skin are not perfect but sensitive, so I have to take care of my skin. I tell my friends to take care of their skins too.
